LOADPlus 11.50 BUILD 1011

When adding a new user to Signon, the default is a 'N' for Logged On.

eTrack will no longer ask if the send/resend was successful. This will be verified automatically after sending the eTrack information.

LOADPlus 11.50 BUILD 1007 has several small enhancements and several small fixes for both Home (Main) Systems and Branch Offices.

The main changes are as follows for the Main Systems and Branch Offices:

  • In a multi user system is was possible for a two or more users to be attempting to book the same load at t the same time. This of course would in a multi user system mean that the last person to save the carrier booking would be who ended up with the load booked. Any previous dispatchers booking the load would not realize that they had not booked the load. It is important that you understand this is, under a normal multi user situation perfectly normal (the last update is the one of record).

    SOLUTION: We have made a change that will do the following for LOAD BOOKING: The first person who saves the Carrier Booking will be the person who shows as the person booking the load and all others will receive a message stating that the load has already been booked. The message will tell the user who booked the load and when. All booking attempts after the first will not be allowed.

  • The TRACKING DISPLAY screen was changed in release 11.50 to default to the user who is signed on. This meant that the 'SYS' user ID was no longer designed to function the same way a individual user ID does.

    SOLUTION: A change has been made to force 'SYS' to function the way a individual user ID functions.

  • eTracking now creates all loads that are in process either AVAILABLE or INROUTE at the time the customer is set to eTrack status equal 'Y'es. This will help insure that all loads are sent to eTrack correctly and completely at startup.

  • Duplicate Loads option has been added to the View Load option on the PopUp Menu.

  • The error that was being produced when there was a ZERO Carrier Rate has been changed to a warning.
